Hi, I’m Michelle, born in New Zealand moving to the UK at 14.  I’ve had a passion for photography since my teens and love capturing landscapes, wildlife and pets when time allows.  

I, along with my partner Dave, became professional photographers back in 2011 firstly working mobile and then in 2018 moving to our fab studio premises based in Hinckley.  

I specialise in Fine Art Dog Photography

In 2020 I was diagnosed with bowel cancer and thankfully now in remission and I am back doing the job I love!

BUSINESS MANAGER & PHOTOGRAPHER

Hi, I am Dave, Business Manager at MK Photography based in Hinckley.

Ever since I was a young boy, whether spending many hours in the dark room or with a camera in my hands, photography has been a major part of my life. In the 1980’s and 90’s I had many of my pictures published in magazines or in a calendar, my life was all about the next picture.

I am sure you know my partner Michelle set up her portrait photography business in 2011 and as the business grew, I joined her as the Business Manager and support photographer in 2016.

Four years ago in March 2018 we expanded the business and opened our studio. As part of my job, I have the great pleasure of showing the pictures to our customers.  It is so good to see the smiles on their faces as they view their pictures and tell me that we have made it very hard to select as they love them all.
