Choosing your Wall Art and how to position it

To get the most for your photo shoot and the pictures it is important to choose your wall-art carefully.

Our most popular wall-art is the classic framed pictures and the very popular box frames, both styles have a clean and contemporary look. If you would like something different or more modem we have the new circular Acrylic Gallery, or the Mosaic Box frames.

You may also want to consider a collection of smaller ‘Wall Art’ arranged in a striking layout on your wall.

Collections make a strong visual statement and, of course, give you more flexibility to change layouts in the future

How to position your Wall Art

To help with positioning family photos correctly, measure the space and aim to cover approximately 75% of the available wall,

if you choose to have a framed picture, remember to allow some space for the depth of the frame itself.

If the image is too small in the given space it will look very ‘lost’ and if it’s too big it will be very overbearing,

remember if you choose a large picture you will need space to be able to stand back to view it.

A lot of customers display pictures on the wall up the stairs, here 3 or 4 smaller pictures would look better.

We are happy to advise you if you bring along your measurements

to the viewing.

Think about the actual height of the pictures.

Most people hang their photo frames too high!

Imagine standing in front of your picture frame and looking at the image at eye level to determine the correct size

height of your chosen photos.
